The Chambers County Historical Commission provided burial markers for the graves of Elizabeth Winfree Barrow, wife of Solomon Barrow, and son William Barrow, located in McCollum Park in West Chambers County. William died in 1856 and was the first to be buried there. Although Solomon died soon thereafter in 1858, he is buried at a different location on the property. Also located on the site is the grave and marker of Barton Clark, the son-in-law of Elizabeth Winfrey Barrow. Mr. Clark died in 1868 at the early age of 28, as a result of TB. Elizabeth died in 1880 and is placed next to Barton.

The markers were dedicated on Saturday, March 25, 2006 in a ceremony attended by some fifteen members and guest. The ceremony was conducted by Herberta Mask, President of the Solomon Barrow Chapter of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas in Baytown. Ms. Mask provided a history of Solomon and Elizabeth Barrow, who were the parents of twelve children. The Solomon Barrow Chapter is raising funds to construct a wrought iron fence around the grave sites, which will be recognized as the Barrow-Clark Cemetery in McCollum Park. The Park is located within the original Solomon and Elizabeth Barrow Land Grant.
